A lot of players here are pretty stupid. You might have done something outstanding that they might have considered cheating because of their ignorance. Someone reports you for "cheating" and a GM may be too tired to go deep into detail so he just bans you. Simple as that.

Without any context of what you have been doing in those Battlegrounds, it would be tough for the community to say why you were banned.
There is an automated anti-cheat system in place that will ban for certain mods/scripts. You may also have been reported as cheating to a GM.
