Is Ulduar fully scripted?

Hello guys, as the title say: Is Ulduar fully scripted? Its been almost 2 years since i havent played here, so before i go to that instance i want to know are there any bugs, and issues? As i can remember they were present on old pre Warmane, a.k.a Molten servers...

I'm sure some minor issues may exist here and there, but last I checked, Ulduar worked pretty well.

The vehicles aren't properly scripted for Flame Levi but its not that big of a deal and still very easily doable. Iron council is a little bit buggy with the little guy not getting properly empowered when the other 2 bosses die. Freya's trash doesn't re-spawn at all. And during firefighter sometimes there will be no water bots that spawn so you have to wait a long time during p3 to get them to clear the fire. Algalon deals an abnormal amount of damage to tanks even in BIS gear which makes herald need to be 3 healed most of the time unless you have 2 very strong healers.

But remember all these bugs are just temporary next week Freya might not even spawn adds :)
