Donation still not reflected after 24hours

it's been 24 hours and my donation still isn't reflected on my account.

I have already emailed [email protected] and [email protected]
no replies, and it's starting to get frustrating.
i need an answer or an update as to when it will reflect in my account.
or if i can actually just get a refund for the transfer fee and amount transferred.

Your donation is included in a large transaction that goes from 8 bitcoin addresses to 19 different addresses. Looks like you have tried to donate from a cryptocurrency exchange instead of from your own wallet. Most of them delay transactions and group them together to lower fees. But Warmane donation window tells you that you have to complete the transaction within 15 minutes, which might not be possible if it's delayed by the service you used to make the transaction. That is why you have not received coins.

Right now all you can do is wait for reply to your email.

so basically, i donated 10 eur for nothing?
i will believe that you are correct, since it is being delayed, the address i transferred it to assumed i did not send the bitcoin because it was delayed and was not completed within 15 minutes.
so i am assuming then that warmane will have to manually check if my payment did go through and manually change my account status / coin reflection to my account?

Yes, the automated system did not give you coins because the transaction was late and they should be able to give you the coins and premium status manually.

i'm starting to regret donating in the first place :[ it's been 2 days now, still no update, nor replies from any department.

4 days, still no reply.

i'm not necessarily hoping for help from here, it's just for my and everyone else's reference the next time they try to donate through bitcoin or even donate at all.
i'm not saying warmane is a crappy server, it's still one of the best wotlk servers out there. just a little annoying how a little issue like this is taking forever to process.
it's just for my piece of mind. it makes me feel a little better to vent out to this post.
