bugged? cata goblin "surrender or else!"

i think my game is bugged for cata i have been playing goblin hunter but im stuck in the quest line it wont let me finish the quest "surrender or else" when the boss shows up it should attack me but it doesnt it just sits there and i cant attack it or vice versa i would really like to play wow and im a new player i would like to know if you can help with this issue or if im doing it wrong or something please respond with some help <3

just started a goblin and encountered the exact same problem. It seems it's totally bugged on this server meaning we can't finish the goblin quest line... So sad when it was such a cool q-line. I abandoned the quest and repicked like 5 times or so but it never worked.
I think it buggs out at the point when he runs and announces to all the Naga in the area (by /yelling) that he has hostages and then the Naga becomes Unfriendly instead of Hated/Hostile. This never happens on this server, I just watched a YT vid of it and that's where the difference starts. Because the Naga are not in non-combat mode the boss doesn't activate, at least that's how I interpret it. Maybe Ace (the assistant goblin npc) needs to say all his line to activate boss. Although logically I would have thought it wouldn't matter normally and as long as he says his last line b4 boss engages (which he does here) it should be fine.

Anyways I hope the developers see this and correct it asap :)
