What is going on with this ADD feel? (new to server)

A bunch of things feel off about this server:

1.) It auto accepts quests just for clicking on one before i can even decide if the rewards are worth it

2.) giant queston mark buttion above actionbars that apparently no option removes.

3.) it shows quests in a sidebar within the map window as well as quest markers on the actual map

4.) spells on actionbar dont show mana cost (i have to actually open the spellbook to find out the mana cost)

i read other threads talking about old/new models but i have no idea how to choose the old models, nothing in the folders seems to point to anthing there is only 1 folder labeled wow.exe.

I don't have any of these issues, except the 3rd one which I think is supposed to be that way.

1. Happens at lower levels, don't remember running into that at higher lvls.
2. Options -> Interface -> Help -> Uncheck tutorials.

4. Couldn't find toggle for this, but I can see all the mana/rage/energy/runic powers costs.

New/old models are chosen when downloading client.
