WotLK I got hacked.

Greetings warmane community. Recently my account kadagys123 got hacked. My friend told me that he saw me online when i was clearly not, when i tried to log in to the game passwords didn't match. I tried reset pass etc. didn't work. I didn't got any message in my email that my passwords or email was changed whatsoever. I donated to that account 60 euros, since in website the ticket is only for ban appeall i tried to make ingame ticket and gm replied to me that its on me not on warmane that my account got hacked. I was using two factor authenticator, backed up my account trying to make it as safe as possible, still got hacked and it seems like it's "my fault". So i hope you people can help me out someway.
