1. Why can't admins just auto complete quests that are proven to be bugged?

So as we all know, Nagrand Slam is a funky Achievement to get and as most people knows by now, the short yet quest counting chain starting with the quest "HELP!" over at the Burning Blade Ruins in Nagrand is bugged.

So I sendt a ticket to the Admins where I said "I KNOW: The quest is bugged - IT IS: Already reported on the bug tracker - IT IS: Confirmed to be bugged" and so I asked for them to just complete the quest in my quest logg as I have had admins to that to bugged quests on other 1x servers I have played on - Be it WoTLK, TCB or Classic (No not played on any Cata+ servers)

Then I did get a responde within a day (Nice work btw as retail tickets back when you could submit them WITHOUT having to go trough hell on earth still tok AGES to get responded too) but I was told "If it is bugged it is bugged, wait for it to be fixed"

Why can't the admin just set the quest to completed in my quest journal? Iv'e seen it done before so why can't it be done here?

  2. I have the same question here. Gm's from the old server(molten wow) used to autocomplete quest. The bugtracker barely fixes 5% of the reported quest. It takes months to confirm a quest report leave alone the fix. Just give us an autocomplete for the quest. If there is a schedule of quests to be fixed and the quest is being fixed soon in 2-3 months then its fine to ask people to wait for it to be fixed.
