Long story short, tried using my relative's card to purchase coins as a birthday present so that we didn't have to wait 3 days to gift the coins to me. However it seems to have blocked my ability to donate anymore and says that a transaction for $20 was trying to be sent but is being refunded.

I am asking to see if anyone has had experience with this and what the steps are to get unblocked. I sent an email indicating what was going on and that I do not want to make the $20 dollar purchase anymore and that I would like to use my own card. The inquiry function seems to freeze and only displays a blank white square so there is no using that route.

Suggestions or recommendations?
