I am sorry for posting this but its urgent and i am not a big follower of the forum stuff so i dk alll the rules. I bought a trinket and sent it to one of my alts , is it possible for me to send it to another alt of mine in the same acc ? the item is still in the mail i didnt loot it yet.

If you bought it with coins do not panic. You can make a ticket via website support asking for a refund, then you can send it to the appropriate character.

If you bought it out of the Auction house they wont refund that, the mail system works normally delivery is mostly instant between character of the same accounts, if you sent to another account it normally can take up to an hour or more, always make sure you type in the correct name also, I have made the mistake of mailing gold or items by accident to a person with a similar name, so just double check before you press send.
