I got perm banned for buying 8k gold, i had 30 days + played on my character and played 10 hours/day. GMs are so horny on the banhammer and its going to bring the communitys standard down alot, and they arent even aware of it. I wasnt aware that it wasnt legal to buy gold and a P E R M ban without even a warning is really hard. well i guess you lost one of the players that contributes the most to the server. GG! I am writing this to get people aware of whats going on and the cost of GMs bans without taking responsibility to communicate with all the people who gets banned daily for ****ty reasons. I wrote a very detailed appeal ticket and got an answer thats was build of 2 sentences.....

If you are contributing to the server, you should also read the rules and know what you aren't supposed to do. And if you looked around on the website, you would find where you can buy gold.

I cant see anything in the rules that says you get permbanned or even banned for buying gold. Please post a link to where I can read about that.

TRADING ITEMS, SERVICES, GOLD, ETC FOR REAL MONEY
We don't allow any trade of virtual goods for real money be it through forum, game or via 3rd party softwares. Likewise, we don't allow the offering of any services (eg. boosting) for real money either. Only official Warmane website which allows donations can be used to purchase in-game services via Coins or Points.

Ok thanks! Well, 50% of the people i know and have played with have bought gold, some of them 100k+++, and it doesnt say what penalty you get in that text you posted. Is it really good for the server to PERMban people that are extremely active and contrubuting alot? I dont say that i dont deserve the ban, but if they gonna ban players they could atleast put the effort to talk with them after, so it can be sorted out. I def deserve a warning but PERMban? Cmon. It might not be the best way but that's how it works here. From the ban reason it seems like either the gold you bought was stolen from someone else or you gave the gold seller your account information and you were banned for his suspicious activities. If your ban appeal gets denied, you can make new one every 30 days. Most permanent bans eventually get removed.

I dont know if the gold was stolen, I dont think so. Ive never shared my account information, im the only one thats been on my account. ive checked resent IP logins aswell and its only mine.

You bought the gold so you can't know where it comes from. It's harder to find and ban gold buyers and if the ban was exactly for buying gold, it would say so. So it seems like they tracked gold that was stolen from someone and it ended up on your account.

You could have just bough gold from other players via Warmane marketplace trade system. It's 100% legal and risk free.

Yeah, ive talked to guys that got caught buying gold aswell now, and they said that they only got their gold reseted. In the description of my ban it says account/gold theft and i havent stole any accounts or gold. So weird.
