Hello, some weeks ago i logged in on your website and after that my pw got changed and i couldent log in my acc for a while, when i later changed passowrd and logged in on my char someone had sold all my gear on my resto druid... i talked to a gm in game and he said he couldnt help me.. so i would love if i got some help somehow, dont really know where to turn.

I lost months of worth of gameplay and it feel very crappy. Would be really nice if you could take my case seriously.

Dont know how i can provide some evidence that this happened but maybe you can help me out anyway?

You can only get back items that you purchased with coins. They don't recover other items no matter what happened with them. Evidence that you had items won't help you get them back.

All you can do is enable 2 step authentication to make sure it does not happen again.
