Question about donation rank bonus

Hey,
im currently @ +3% donations. It says that coins will never be less than one, but are they also get rounded up?
For example if i donate 50$ (1,5 coins extra for the donation perk) will i end up in fact with 52 right?

0.5+ gets rounded up & 0.4- gets rounded down so yes, you'd receive 52
