poping-up window

Hello there,

I am NEW to the server and i wanted to ask about a small ingame window that is poping up all the time while playing.
More detailed, the window appeared for the first time while i was auto-running to Undercity (it is a long run from the Village while being low level ).
The window asks me to enter the password for "something like a code". However when i press the accept button nothing happens and the window is re-appearing. I checked if there was any mistake at the password i typed but no. Capitals-lowercase was all correct. Tried to relog, but the window was there.
I log out for about 8 hours but still no.

Is this the botting-check window ?
And what am i doing wrong ?

I ve searched similar posts but couldnt find anything.
