Extreme bad MS/lag

Everytime when i log in, i instantly have a 2000-8000 ms. It´s impossible to play. I have fast internet, so that can´t be the problem.

i also had a problem a time ago with the ms but for me it was caused by a addon so now i can play again

I disabled all addons and it´s still lagging
