Longer Deserter Debuffs

It would be awesome if players who are marked AFK and get kicked out of a battleground are given a 24 hour debuff that stacks the deserter debuff until they do not AFK out of a battleground. Say the 1st offense is the typical 15 minutes, but each other time adds 15 minutes up to 1 hour, then it goes to 2 hours to 12 hours, then it is 1 day. If they get to the 1 day they should face punishment from GM's with possible permanent ban.
