Account banned - Need URGENT help

I have been banned for advertising because I was looking for karazan members - I need urgent assistance as I have not been advertising.

I am a premium member and have been very active within the community.

Please see link below of me searching for a group and then going offline (due to ban)

This needs to be fixed asap - I spent the past 2 hours nearly putting a group together and when it was nearly full I was kick off. Massive inconvenience and needs to be addressed asap!

make a ticket under ban appeal. if you can't then you were likely banned for using an vpn and need to email [email protected] . either way you'll be looking at a bit of a wait as ban appeals have lowest priority.
