there are spells which reduce your chance to hit like insect swarm and a Voidwalker spell
If I recall correctly, in PVP (TBC), you always have 1% chance to miss even if you're hit capped.
This would be correct, no matter how much hit rating you have in tbc you will have at least 1% miss chance
Correct, which makes the spell hit cap 4% in TBC.
I too thought something might be buggy, as I kept seeing RESIST in a few of my dungeon encounters on my caster who was at 16.2% increased hit chance (should be plenty sufficient for basic mobs). I do understand that there is a 1% insurmountable chance to resist/miss.
Upon further inspection, it really was just about 1.1% according to Recount, and the resists are just so glaringly offensive to my epeen that they seemed to be occurring more frequently.
Its not TBC , Im playing WOTLK
Ok thanks.
