my ip adres has been banned for no reason

Please help . My ip adress has been banned and i dont know why . I was online here as always and in a moment i was banned . I retrieved account password and i can log in to website and to game . But i cant do anything on website because i have IP bann .

I can get to forum again only . :( . Tried to send ingame ticket too . But here i cant post a ticket . I noticed they stole my golds . It was mage player Prischilla from MASSACRATION guild on outland tbc server . He was posting a page and he looks like like GM . So i was robbed too .
