if you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to fear.

just put him on your ignore list, if he keeps bothering you with whispers from other characters you can report him.

Those are teens who think they can scare people like that... the same happnd to me and I'm reporting for that. Ban threatning is very uncomfortable to other players since you never know if they have inside connections. Warmane is pretty good at not being corrupt but other private servers not so good.
