I can enter my acc cos it says (We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.) it ask me for some Authentication code.. I reset my pasword on my email and still nothin what to do now..

That's 2 step authentication. If you didn't enable it, someone else has logged on your account and enabled it.
Log out of your account on website, go here and select Two Factor Auth Removal.

it works,but hoewer somebody try to steal my acc,I got his ip adress can we report it or something..

You can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]. To avoid such problems in the future, you can enable 2 step authentication yourself to make sure others are unable to log on your account even if they obtain your password.
