just want to clarify some things regarding situations like these.

i do realise you can get back your account info after being hacked by providing proof that you was original owner.
the question is if the characters gets deleted or w/e happens to them, is there some refund happening? if yes, then what kind of refund?
what if account isnt premium, is there some way to get the items back with some kind of proof? or in those cases maybe backup files would be used?

No, there is not. We've already stated that your account is your own responsibility so no restoration can in terms of items and characters can occur (unless items were bought with coins in which case you contact premium support)
