Technical can't log in

am prompted for 2 factor authentication which i'd never set up-- please help!

Log out of your account on website, go here and select Two Factor Auth Removal. If it doesn't work, send an email to [email protected].

If you didn't enable it, someone else has logged on your account and enabled it. When you get your account back, change your password and consider enabling 2 factor authentication yourself to make sure it doesn't happen again.
