My account was stolen and banned

I am writing this ticket, because after i logged into my account after 1 year of break I saw that it was banned due to gold theft. The problem is, the IP that was banned is a German IP and I do not live in Germany. Can someone contact with me and help to solve the problem? I cannot create ticket because my account was banned.
