I have made an ingame ticket, with no success whatsoever. The response that I got was an automated bot response, even though I said I was looking for actual help.
I kindly ask that you complete a bugged quest for me. The quest has been reported a year ago. If one year has passed and nothing changed it is safe to assume nothing will happen anytime soon.
I myself am a completist. I like finishing all quests from everywhere and i am stuck in a chain quest.
Please don't give me the automated "Please wait while the developers are working on a fix". I have no problem with developers not having interest in this quest, and to have higher priority issues. All that I ask is that someone can give me complete status on the quest so I can move on.

GM's in game do not fix game bugs, which is why you likely got a template response. (Their purpose is to mediate gameplay issues and abuses).
Submit bugs to the Bugtracker via this website. There is a heading for it at the top of your forum view next to News/Stream/Devlog/Changelog/Bugtracker.
