WotLK Spells wont update in action bars by themselves

I know its kind of a little thing, but i use dominos and when i go to learn a new rank of a spell... well, it does not update the new one into my dominoes bar. been using like level 45 spells at level 60 haha. i will take any help, thanks.

I think there is an option in the Interface Setting (maybe in the Action Bars Section) where you can disable or enable getting your Action Bar Spells upgraded automatically.
