hi, my account have 30 vote points so i decide to use faction change i use 30vp to transfer to alliance, and when i login i cannot transfer. how was that happen? bug? is it said that could not change race for character?? please help me with this.

i can`t transfer to alliance i`m from horde i use 30 vote points to faction change to trasnfer to alliance but i can`t.

Let's say if you have a Hunter in Horde side and you want to transfer him to Alliance then I think this is how transfer works:

1 - You make a Character at Alliance Side with the Race that supports Hunter Class.
2 - Then you use Faction Transfer feature and it will transfer the stuff you had on your Horde Hunter to your Alliance Hunter.

that is only for TBC realm.
He is not on TBC realm since he can use Points

Is too hard to tell us what error message do you get?
If you have a Wotlk client with WoD models you might select a standard model when creating the new appearance of the new chaarcter
