Technical IP Bann in Job

Hello Dear warmane Community,

I want to beg you for help.
I playing wow in my job and few days ago i try to connect on your servers and i found out that our free Wifi in job get Ban for advertising.
I want to beg you if you can ban the account of cheating players and not whole IP adress.
Im your loyalty player, playing on your server over half year and donate some euros.
So ill be really thanksfull if you help me solve this problem and unban our IP adress.
I ask our IT support about change the IP adress but we are big company and they told me that is not possible, so i beg you for understanding and fast solve this problem :)
