My character disappeared from the hacked account.
It looks like someone has been removed or moved.
How can you do it?

If your accout gets hacked, that is your responsibility. Enable 2 Step Authentication to make hacking more difficult. Make shure your computer is save. Make shure noone can get access to your computer locally.

If your character was max level or close to it you can restore it on website: Services -> Character Restoration. It's available for 30 days. It's free for 24 hours after character is deleted and costs points or coins after that.
