Your account has been terminated due to Fraudulent Transactions
I Have to create a ticket to ask GM about banned my account after 2 day i got reply back from Smyth he said Paymentwall risk assessment failed , i think maybe my donation have a problem , than Smyth said As the payment has been refunded & / or flagged as suspicious / fraud, we are only able to remove the payment from your account and subsequently the coins (remove items if you don't have enough coins to be removed) then your account can be unbanned.
and he ask me Please confirm whether you want this to happen or not. I said i accept to do this ! i just want my account unbanned and i have to waiting for next reply like 5 and 6 day and now i still don't get replying back from Smyth again .... and i have to ask this problem on facebook ( warman page ) and they said Try contacting them through mail at [email protected] ! and than i have to send a email and gmail to [email protected] and now i still don't get replying back ...... what should i do ???? please help me
