Pandaria can't acces to my account after accepting terms

Hello, i have to restart my computer and when i launch again the game it shows a window with some terms of conditions, i accepted that (that could be the problem) and when I try to start the game again appears a message who say "You must log in with a Battle.net account username and pasword. To create an account please -click here- or go to. ...... to begin conversation.
