faction change+ ashen rep ring q missing

hi
1. purchased a dk on marketplace and the rep with ashen verdict is exalted but i can`t take the ring from the qm . the quest is not available. looking through the forum ppl say that i have to create a ticket and wait for a response.I did that. YESTERDAY. The wait is killing me.
2. purchased a faction change but i guess that doesnt work because i have only one toon on lordaeron and that toon is a dk wich you can`t create unless you have another toon lvl 55 or higher? is that a thing ?
