Hello, I would like to know why does anyone besides lordaeron players have a vote to say if they want servers to merge or not, Icecrown gets nothing else with it besides more lowbies to farm with their gear differences( I mean... RS isn't even released yet on lord...). The merge will make huge differences on Lordaeron(are they good or bad I am not sure, personaly I dislike the idea) and I feel like only Lordaeron players should be able to vote if they want servers to merge or not because players on icecrown who are saying "bg ques are dead we need more ppl for bgs" and they want lordareon for that reason are talking nonsense. Having 12k ppl online 80% of the times doesnt seem like a server with dead ques.

If you think that icecrown gear level is so much superior to lordaeron at pvp, you are one of those free kills in bgs, if you ever got in a BG anyway. So nothing will change for you.

All my icecrown characters are 6.2k+ in pvp, including my bis war main and I know what I am talking about. I just don't want to see death of Lord server cuz of that.

Is not about the gear, is about experience.....that u seems to lack a lot when talking about PvP.
The difference is minimal and the majority of items are not even BiS for PvP except STS/CTS and 1-2 other items.
Link me where someone said that. The only ones talking about that are the twinks, and is more then fine. Other than that i've only and always seen Lordaeron players stating BG/arena issues. I personally start to think u're just another one who jumped into "i vote no against crossrealm" for fashion, without any solid proof, or any solid experience to talk about.
The only qq from Icecrown players you could see is the "BG faction" imbalance, that i've always finded out it's just a personal pov (When u que,alone or in group,your role and you/your grp experience and so on are huge influencer)Edited: March 9, 2018

Having all your chars at 6.2k bull*hit number, doesn´t mean a thing, for most it is just a matter of time.
With your bis war you should know that the different between your icecrown bis war and a lord bis war is very minimal.

It's pointless to keep discuss with these kind of players, unfortunely Lordaeron concept and "hardcore" name on it created an amount of people who before, were not even talking.
I hope they dont take it as an insult, i know tons of players from Lord who are high experience and really good people (talking ingame ofc)
But, from the day1 of WOTLK content, a tiny plague started to grow, the elitism.
I'm not talking about a "understandable" elitism from someone who clearly knows how the game is, got some solid experience and so on. But from people who simply became "Elitist" as soon as they created a char in Lordaeron, you can track them quite easly nowdays.
Talking about gear imbalance between RS and ICChc items, a completly single-mind vision towards that orange weapon (holy god if there would be a reason to simply change the color of it lol).
Talking about the most unbalanced place ever BG
Talking about arena balance issues, while they dont have any clue of what to do (I still remember Jpeg/Zage/Zki getting in MIT and then winning it, when they even had some green item during the season), or when furious LSP was winning all over,or the spriest/fmage who had 2.8 last season while half furious geared, and i can continue the list. But no,we've gave the opportunity to the same bads that on Icecrown suck, to have a char on Lordaeron and automatic they act like they are above Icecrown cause Lordaeron is "hardcore". The same people who cant even in theory understand how 284 meta work, the same people who join Icecrown and QQ about server "full of donors" when they cant even reach 1.8, or QQ about gear imbalance when they que in bg completly naked or green gear and expect to not be oneshotted (Or be oneshotted by this magical item called Shadowmourne)
Same as the guy on the other topic i was talking with, that he was so proud to be Lordaeron player, that he probably run away, stating that a paladin can roll on every dps/heal/tank item dropped cause he maybe need it.
IF, crossrealm will happen and is gonna remove these kind of players, is more then welcome.
IF, crossrealm will never happen, i cant wait to see all the qq topics from the same people about Lordaeron slowly inactivity or dead.

All I wanna say is, I think that only lordaeron players should be able to vote if they wanna merge or not, since iceceown already has everything it needs, and these changes will only take a huge swing on lordaeron. If most of Lord ppl wish to merge so be it, but having ppl from icecrown giving their votes for lordaeron decisions is stupid imo.

And about that "gear doesnt matter", lets go for a duel? You will use furious gear and I will go full bis and we will see how it goes, since you are so much better you should win duel easly even without good gear.

I dare you to not talk at all about PvP if u dont know anything about that, especially when u trown in the discussion the term "duel"
Nowhere is typed about crossrealm duels (really, u really talk about Duels when talking about PvP balance? holy ****), BG and Arena are way different in tons of aspects.
Without even state that any mage/rogue/dlock/feral/Ret/dk with a decent amount of experience can beat so easy your "BiS PvP warrior" even when not BiS geared.
From how u talk u're the typical guy i was telling about on previous post. Duels as a method to talk about balance and PvP.

Every of your phrase is between stupidity and simply egoism that i am suggesting u're not supposed to do. I dont see AT/Blackrock decent players, or even Icecrown/Lordaeron decent players having problems in gear up and rate up without a single donation in Icecrown, in the same way as i see BiS being owned by non-BiS on daily basic, i suggest you to look at the r1 team on Lord for example, who farmed a counter-comp with Shadowmourne, while their war had just Shadow's edge, but hey, they must be hacking or something weird.
You just look like u're just bad on Lordaeron, and scared to be even worst with Icecrown matchup.
If you dare so much, i can show u my SS of 2.4+ obtained with Ulduar/Tier1 Weapon and NM ICC gear, and i'm not even close to be a top player.
Short answer: Before talk about PvP, get some experience.

Lordaeron needs cross realm BGs more than any other realm. Not only will it make 80 bracket more active, other brackets will be revived from the dead as well. Ever since RDF was enabled, no one plays BGs from 20-69 on Lord. Once you enter the Dalaran sewers, you can see lots of PvP players that are around 6k GS. Gear DOES matter but you won't be going 1v1 in BGs. Teamwork and Skills outweigh Gear. Comparing Furious with Wrathful is plain stupid. Getting relentless set with wrathful off-pieces along with Queldelar is pretty easy for any Lvl 80 that is serious about PvP-ing. You can also farm the entire Furious set with relentless/wrathful off-pieces in the 70-79 bracket like I did before hitting 80.

Dam, reading this topic it seems like every other pleb has icc25hc on farm in lord, gear dropping left and right.
Also this game is old, like very old, people generally know what they are doing, so it boils down to gear pretty fast. Especially in bgs where most of the fight is just a random ****storm.
Personally i cba how the vote ends, as something needs to be done anyways.
