I can't learn at skining trainer

Hey I have skinning 75 and I tried to go to org skinning trainer but only option that I had with him was the love tokens, so I went to TB and their skinning trainer and I had the same option, can't train at the trainer only have the love token option and no train option? I tried reclogging, deleting cache folder, don't know what else to try. Thanks in advance

I "solved" this issue by going at the Skinning trainer outside UC, at the right. http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Rand_Rhobart

also try at Silvermoon. there's no love token buffs there so you'll be able to get the training
