WotLK Character restauration.

Hello,
I've got a question about character restauration.

I use this service yesterday for my 80 lvl DK. It worked. My DK came back on the character selection screen but, when i try to login, the loading screen finishes, and i come back to the character selection sreen with the message : "Connection failed".

Any help will be appreciated.
