Hey guys I decided to start playing again but I can't remember the gmail I used for the 2 step auth. Was a donor with over 3 years invested into the server and would really like to get that account back considering how much of a hassle it was to get it back after moltdown. I've sent an email to [email protected] but I've seen other posts saying they've waited over a week with no reply. I know my login details but the 2 step is the only thing stopping me so is there a way for the staff to manually remove it without me having to jump through hoops? I'm still using the same debit card so surely they'll be able to check the logs to actually verify that I'm the legit owner etc, right?

removing the 2 step auth is done via sending an email to that address. you'll have to wait for a reply.
