I want donate 20€ but i can't do it.

I need to say i had an issue but now resolved about my account and paymentwall because my computer doesn't work while did transaction and closing everything my account was blocked by them.

It's ok now, i retried to do transaction but now i can't and don't understand why.

I already provide them my identity card and credicard photos.
