WotLK Everything is gone...

Just logged in for the first time in a long time (year or more? not sure.) First thing I notice is all my characters are nameless and naked. I see on the site that names have been freed up--no big--I can dig it. The naked thing? Figure that's just a reset bug. I log into game with a new name. I'm not naked. Apparently, the character in question (warrior) had full heirloom on. (I have yet to check my other toons.) What concerns me is that I have lost everything. I have no skills, no professions, no reputations....it's all gone. I've looked around in the forums for a reason this has happened, but if there is one to be found....I haven't found it. Can someone please explain to me what has happened? I'm not even necessarily mad; just confused.

edit: I appear to have a priest in a similar state. lv 80, full heirloom, but otherwise blank slate. Everyone else appears mostly correct. I don't remember playing a priest, let alone to 80. I certainly never bought an instant 80 of any kind. I might just have to call this one a head-scratcher and leave it at that.

After Molten database was stolen, free levelups and heirlooms were given. You probably took that on those chars and never played them. There isn't really any other explanation.
