WotLK Wotlk NPC texture glitch?

As some of you may know this is my first time ever play wow and I had installed a tile texture pack , a water retexture and a creature model pack for my Wotlk game (the updated version)
Anyway , I'm aware that the updated Wotlk already comes with improved character models but not creature models so I'm not sure if this issue is from my side or it's a bug with the game itself.

tl:dr , is this green texture my fault? if so any idea how to fix it?
