Hi i got disconnected while playing (last thing i did ingame was linking the Big Love Rocket mount in tradechat) when I went to warmane.com i says that my ip was terminated because of advertisement, which i have never done! So my question is how can this be fixed and why did this happen to me? Im not even using any addons to post stuff in chat channels.
The reason im posting this is because I cant open any tickets from my banned account (I had to create a new account just to write this)
I hope this could get fixed asap, cause I have donated and invested a lot of time on that account and since I have done nothing wrong I find this mess pretty frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated

That post basicly tells me that the ban was my fault and there was a reason for it, which is absurd since I didnt do anything to earn a ban. The reason stated why my account is suspended is: Advertising. I have never advertised anything on warmane, so this reason makes no sense to me. Im also unable to make a ban appeal by using the support ticket system since they terminated my IP. I have tried to contact support by emailing [email protected] but I dont get an reply.
I just try to reach help but this seems like mission impossible.Edited: March 28, 2018

you are not a paying customer, you donated an your own behalf to support the server and service.
and email can take some time to be answered

You are right about the customer thing. "As a donor I feel let down" would be a better sentence. I guess I just have to be patient. I wish I could see how long my account is suspended or if its a permanent thing. I donated because I think this is a good server, but right now I feel like im getting punished for something I didnt do, so thats why im almost loosing my cool.

Terminated means permanent ban. If you did not advertise, someone else might have logged on your account and done that. Or someone else has advertised something using your IP address. Such cases are usually solved after sending an email but it can take up to a few days for them to respond.

Yeah I thought it may be a possibility that someone else did it, but I was the one playing while getting banned and I have never been advertising anything, so thats why im so confused. I dont know if its banable or not, but I have been playing from different ip locations since im on holiday playing on a laptop. Anyway it seems my best option is to wait for that email I sent warmane.

Using different IP addresses is not bannable but if someone else has been advertising using any of those IP addresses, you can also get banned. So that's most likely the reason you got banned.

Are you using a VPN? It might be the cause.

if you can't make a ban appeal you were likely banned for using a vpn. it can take a few days to get a reply from that email. just wait it out.

I dont use a VPN but yeah I will wait for the email. I came to think of this guy who stands in Stormwind (Icecrown server) all the time yelling that he sells free/premium accounts via skype. Hes always on a new lv 80 char when I see him and I could never understand why he would "risk" his accounts by yelling this. But if he somehow got access to players account information it would all make sense and maybe i am a victim of this, or something similar, but waiting for a reply on my mail seems like my best option atm.
