Hi, I used your service with faction change, followed up all steps as everything was clear, worked out fine.
my online problem is that I am now flagged for a name change, only reason I ticked out that option is that my new char had a different name and wanted to retain my name for social purposes. there is nowhere that I came across where it's said that you retain your name. I figured that my char would just be the new one that I created for features and such since the namechange box was included at that step.
I am now flagged for name change tho I didn't want that, please if you may consider removing the flag for namechange.
