I have simple question. On warmane rdf, you can need items if they suit you, even if you are not MS for that items. Like you can need heal items as dps etc. So, is it ok to roll them and its not considered as ninja and its not banable cuz you allowed that in game?

Are you talking about need rolling for off-spec item drops? It's considered fine if your group is OK with you doing that. If your group is not OK with it (like for example, you want to need roll on a holy priest item when you are shadow, but the healer in the party is a holy priest and needs it), then it is not OK to roll.
