Your IP Address has been terminated due to Advertising

Started playing on this server yesterday.
Today when I was leveling up I got disconnected and when I tried to check my account on the account manager I've got next message:
"Your IP Address has been terminated due to Advertising".
What the hell is this? I didn't even write anything to world chat or anything! Only talked with friends in guild chat.
I tried to write a ticket but apparently I can't write support tickets when I am banned....

EDIT: In addition the IP address pointed in the message is totally different from mine. Please fix this mistake. :(
EDIT2: I think I know what happened, I clicked on the fishing page that was sent be someone in the global chat and entered username/pass. Can someone from support contact me about fixing this problem?
