Technical Donation Issue

I went to donate, it said it was declined, gave me 0 coins, so i tried again, same message. I called my bank to see if they would make sure to allow the donation to go through since im in Canada and it was in Euro's, i thought maybe that was the issue, and they said the transactions went through. I checked my bank statement, and its true - two donations but i have 0 coins in return. Also, i only wanted to donate once... I have no other way to get in contact with you guys about this, please respond asap.

did you get an answer?im canadian too and wanted to be sure before using that payment service since there is not tread about payment service,wich scare the **** out of me.

If you can make a ticket under My Account -> Support then do that, otherwise send an email to [email protected]

For everyone curious - Im getting a slight run around. Latest step is to get in contact with the donation company... Would have been nice to get one of the donations credited in the mean time, while i work on getting the second one refunded

If it said they were declined, they definitely won't go through. They should get refunded automatically within a few days, since they were not successful. But I am not sure if it actually works like that with Paymentwall. There have been a few threads about this but there haven't been any replies telling how it got solved in the end.
