WotLK Help with UI

So I just started playing 3.3.5, and after configuring my custom UI locations, this annoying little text on the bottom right of the screen popped up, whenever I hover over any player/NPC: https://i.imgur.com/iRf2r4A.png

I searched ingame options, options of my UI addons, but found nothing that could disable this or move it somewhere else. Can you guys help me? I am using xperl, bartender and carbonite

that is the tooltip box text.
If you wanna move/hide it with "MoveAnything addon" you can find it on "Miscellaneus" > "Tooltip"

Keep in mind there is where you also read your spell tooltip
