Lordaeron Help me please , my character has been deleted

Hi,

I had a warrior named "Ackinaes" female human warrior lvl 80 on lordaeron . I stopped playing since the end of summer 2016 due to studies but now that i've came back ,i can't find my character anymore , it's like it has been deleted or something. Could you please bring it back ? i tried the character restauration but my warrior doesn't appear in the list. Please, help me, i've invested a lot of time on this character , i would be so grateful if you could bring it back. I hope you will find it.
