Burning Crusade Could I give one of my Souldbounded weapon I bought to another character?

Could I give one of my Souldbounded weapon I bought to another character?
The weapon I bought was Gorehowl and I bought it for my Paladin but now that I come to think of it I would like to have it on my Warrior instead. Is this do-able?

you can ask for a coins refund if you bought it recently. ( so then you can spend your Coins for your warrior)
