Burning Crusade Quest items from NPC

Hello there Warmane members, I want to ask something. What is the drop rate for quest items on TBC realm? I'm now 63 level, and when I need to kill mobs to pickup quest items, I must kill 10x mobs and they drop 1x quest item... Now i'm killing green demons and killed 15x mobs, dropped 2x quest items... Holy damn i'm going to ding 70 just by killing mobs.

Edit: Oh, and one more thing... Why I get muted without reason for 60 seconds? I dont even write anything in chat, I just get a message that i cant speak 60 seconds...

drop rate is blizzlike ( if it is not it means it is a bug and can be reported)

About mute problem it should be Carbonite, go on settings and disable the option who cauase that ( I do not remeber the name)
