Pandaria My Hunter is bug

I presented a problem recently, two days ago I was going from Dun Morogh to Silvermoon, while I was flying all normal until Tranquillien, there the character was frozen, did not move or anything, actually had happened before but when disconnecting everything was still normal, the problem now was that when reconnected it immediately started to fly, it took approximately 5 minutes flying without stopping, I was crossing the mountains and only the sky was visible, the rest was blue, when my character was suddenly low of the bird and fell into the void, died and now I can not get it out of there, I do not know what happens or how can I get it back, the ticket system only accepts the category of bans and I do not know how to contact support for help.

Could you help me in this regard? I'm Blood Elf Hunter.
