Yes, that’s correct.

It’s the opposite with Ashen Band as you won’t be able to equip it without Exalted.

Oh yeah, item cost is pretty irellevant compared to how hard is to get 2000-2200 rating. Nobody would buy them if it was the other way.

I see that as a bad thing...Why should a guy who never had even 1600 in arena be able to have such things.Same goes for pve gear too,people never even seen lk have hc gear.
