Technical No character in my account

I'm back from long time and i'm impress to see 0 CHARACTER on my account at this moment...

I spend money and have many char but actually i GOT 0 i dont understand why.

Somebody can help me ?

did you check in-game or just on website ?
If they have been flagged from a rename (because inactivity) you cant see them on website ( so just go check in-game)
